Discovering New Facts

Learn 12 Korean words for discovering new facts, with usage notes, examples, romanization, and six practice questions with answers.

Introduction

처음 marks a first time; 벌써 means already. 다르다 means different, while 틀리다 means wrong in its basic comparison use.

New words are tagged Focus, and words you’ve already met are tagged Review. Use the romanization only when you get stuck; the Hangul shows the real sound.
